Flying in a stranger with a large camera to stand at the front of a twenty-person beach ceremony can feel like exactly that: a stranger, at one of the most personal moments of your life. The thing that makes a wedding abroad special, that it's just your favourite people somewhere beautiful, is the thing a flown-in supplier can quietly undercut.

How long can you keep the cameras?

This is the question we get asked more than any other, and it's the one that matters most for a wedding abroad.

Every package includes a one week rental. It starts the day before the wedding and runs for seven days, which is perfect for a Saturday wedding at home and less useful when you're away for a fortnight.

So for a destination wedding you simply add the extra days you need. It's £25 a day, bought once, at the same time as the package. There's a calculator on the additional rental time page that works it out from your dates and sets the right option for you, so there's no arithmetic and no guessing.

Two things worth knowing before you use it.

The clock starts the day before you fly, not the day before the wedding. You need the cameras packed, so switch the calculator to "Destination Wedding" and give it your departure date.

It runs to the day you get home. Nobody expects you to post cameras back from a beach in Puglia. Bring them home, post them back, done.
